Dr. Kelly Stern holds a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and chemistry from Northern Arizona University, as well as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University.

 

She has extensive experience in various areas of veterinary medicine, including small animal, equine, farm animal, emergency, and mobile medicine, in addition to experience working in military veterinary treatment facilities. Currently, she is practicing as a relief veterinarian.

 

In addition to her veterinary work, Dr. Stern has a diverse background in teaching and instruction. This includes designing and leading training programs for veterinary technicians, homeschooling her own children, serving as a 4th and 5th grade science teacher, as well as instructing youth horseback riding and managing the riding program at a private school.
